LEVEL UP PHARMACIST PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Level Up Pharmacist Program (“Program”).
By purchasing or accessing this Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
This Program is intended for:
Registered pharmacists
Experienced pharmacy professionals
It is not suitable for interns or individuals without foundational pharmacy knowledge.
3. Program Access
Access is granted for 6 months from the activation date
Delivered via third-party platform (LRNRX)
You are responsible for activating access
Failure to activate does not extend access duration.
4. Payment
Full payment is required upfront
Prices listed in AUD
Payments processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal)
We do not store payment details.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
This includes:
Change of mind
Lack of time
Failure to complete the program
Dissatisfaction after access
6. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Program for personal professional development only.
You do NOT acquire ownership rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Nancy Rostom and protected under Australian copyright law.
This includes:
Frameworks
Training systems
Templates
Videos and written content
8. Strict Prohibition on Copying & Commercial Use
You must NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or duplicate content
Share content with others
Upload content to external platforms
Record or distribute materials
Use content to create your own course
Modify or repackage content for resale
Use frameworks or systems for commercial teaching
9. Anti-Competition Clause
For 12 months after purchase, you agree NOT to:
Create or sell a similar program
Replicate Level Up frameworks or structure
Use Program materials for training others in a paid or structured format
10. Monitoring & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
Monitor platform usage
Investigate breaches
Terminate access without refund
Legal action may be taken where required.
11. Liquidated Damages
If you breach intellectual property terms, you agree to:
Pay $10,000 AUD per breach, or
Full damages incurred
12. Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining login confidentiality
All activity under your account
Account sharing is prohibited.
13. Professional Responsibility
This Program is educational only.
You must:
Apply independent professional judgment
Follow all relevant Australian regulations and guidelines
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Clinical decisions
Business or financial outcomes
Misuse of content
Interpretation errors
15. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for:
LRNRX platform issues
Payment provider failures
Technical disruptions
16. No Partnership
This Program does NOT create:
Employment
Partnership
Joint venture
17. Modifications
We may:
Update content
Modify delivery
Improve program structure
18. Termination
Access may be revoked without refund if:
Terms are breached
Content is shared
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
